Anyone used Tula small rifle SRM 556 primers for thier loads? I have been using Wolf SRMs for the past year with Ramshot TAC and never had issues. I see powder valley only stocks Tula these days.

Got some yesterday but haven't shot them. Powder Valley says they are the same as Wolf but a different importer. The cardboard containers appear to be the same as Wolf.

I have not got into my Tula SRP yet,,but have been using the Tula SPP and am getting a misfire every now and then,,they always seem to go Bang on the 2nd strike,,,good for a Tap/Rack/Bang I guess,,;) I'll keep ya posted on the Rifle Primers !! I have shot "Thousands" of Wolf SRP with Zero issues up to this point,I still have ab out 10K of the Wolf,,so it will be a bit !

I've shot, literally, thousands of Tula 7.62 primers through my 260 and my 308 bolt guns. I also have about 4k through my 223ai using Wolf. Understand that these primers are slightly larger than American counterparts. If you aren't fully seating them into the primer pocket, you'll most definitely have a misfire...ask me how I know.:D

The primers are very good, very consistent, and the Tula's are all I'll use in my match guns.

I'm pretty sure the Tula primers were $20/1k at Powder Valley.
