If I wanted a stainless barrel to have a more flat finish similar to parkerization, would it be worth the money to have it bead blasted or do they come out pretty flat anyway?

Bead blasting (light) is part of the process of the QPQ. (Nitromet) Without oil on the barrel the finish is pretty flat but does have a bit of a shine. Take a look at the finished by going to our website www.wmdguns.com or our Facebook site WMD Guns.

Do you warranty the barrel (obviously manufactured by someone else) against warping or dimensional distortion due to the QPQ process which I've read is a tricky thing to get right?

Who is recommended to remove the barrel extension before the nitride treatment?
