Who makes 20'' barrels for DPMS .308's that have a slimmer contour and won't break the bank?

Your best bet would probably be to have your current barrel turned down. Cheap aftermarket 308 AR barrels simply don't exist.

For example, ADCO will re-contour your barrel and re-parkerize it for $94.
