What is the length of one of these relative to a standard A2?

It crosses my mind that it might be cool to "Grendelize" one of these, reaming and rethreading to 9/16-24RH and permanently pinning it on a 14.5 Middy. But it would need to be long enough. . . .

You could just get a 6.5G silencer, but we only have 9/16x24 flash hiders in a left hand thread.

All the Blackouts will offer the best flash reduction. If you do not plan on using a silencer, the "best" option would be the non-mount flash hider that is posted above (it is cheaper). To help answer your question about the different kinds of mounts, look below:

SPR/M4 & SCAR-H SD flash hiders only come in one flavor other than thread size (only Blackout 51 tooth available). You need to specify which socket size you need.
