Damn shame. When my first 552 went down dennis took REALLY REALLY great care of me. 2 week turn around time. Im now on a 3 month turn around going on 4 with no responses.

Dennis, I've heard, is in Europe. Doreen Flumerfelt is who you should deal with and I already told you how to call! You'll never get anywhere if you don't!!!

Well Doreen called my house and talked to a family member that happend to be at my house and aware of the situation and is now looking for my sight that was sent back as far as eotech was concernd. 4 months to figure that out.


Dont ever send in more then one optic at a time :rolleyes:.

apparently they really lost my eotech. They cant find it. They were supposed to call me back and never did. Calling again monday.

well i got a package from Eotech today, the repair kits are in there for the 553. But my 553 is not in there.



This is going to get bloody.


I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER EOTECH PRODUCT.
