Are they different enough to make any general comparisons between the two?

Right now I have a P2000 9mm V2 LEM.

I have no experience with the P2000 LEM, but I have shot P30's, HK45/45c, and usp/uspc with LEM triggers. I've been told by people well versed in HK's that the P30 and P2000 in LEM are very similar, and the LEM in the HK45/45c and usp/uspc are very similar. I noticed that the reset in the HK45/45c/usp/uspc was shorter than my P30.

Let me know if that helps or if I worded it poorly...

For what it's worth. Opinions are like aasholes Haha! Both are great but I would personally flip for the P2000 for two reasons. One is that the P2000 has 20 years of technology on the USP. Second is resale value as there are a lot of police department turn ins of the USP variety.

Sorry, should have been more clear, asking if any consistent difference has been noticed between the LEM in the P2000 and in the USP compact, such as length of pull, reset, trigger weight etc?

Or are they pretty similar to each other?

Different. The P30 is pretty much the same feel as P2000. The feel is in the reset. I prefer the USP LEM but not the P30/P2000 fwiw.

I feel the same way.

Disclaimer: maybe someone who loves LEM triggers can chime in as I own multiple Hk pistols but all are now DA/SA.

To me LEM feels like LEM in the same LEM family of variants of course. YMMV because I'm not real critical about pistol triggers like some folks are.....

Haha! That made me kind of chuckle as I am not sure how many trigger afficionados purchase HK products. My P30 and USP triggers (and all Hk triggers I have shot) feel like they were made by Tyco.

The only real difference I noticed between the HK45C, P2000SK, and P30 LEM was the reset length, with the P30 being the longest. To me the HK45C and P2000SK feel pretty much the same.
