AR Advice

Hello all,
I need a little advice. I am looking for to purchase a good solid AR for home defense and maybe more. I have never handled an M4 type rifle, other than the M16. All advice is very welcome. Thanks.

You have come to the right place to learn. There is broad range of experience here. As far as what to buy, there are way too many factors to answer your question. Start reading and ask questions as they arise and try the search tool.
