Anyone having trouble getting through to Grant? My brother has called and e-mailed, but hasn't gotten a reply back from him. Is he busy, out of town or what?

the way things have been going lately for gun dealers.., maybe the local jail would be a good place to start looking.

i.e., "30 months in prison for broken gun"

...the local jail...

Let me be the first to say that was uncalled for -- whether or not it was an attempt at humor.

Ohio's "Castle Doctrine" bill cleared its last legislative hurdle yesterday and is on its way to the governor's desk, so maybe ol' Grant awakened this morning to a full parking lot... ;)

95% of all web sales are shipped the day after the orders are placed, so this keeps Grant very busy.

I can help with status of shipment, tracking, exchanges, refunds, and receipts of phone sales and web sales. However, if you are emailing or ordering a custom build, the turn around time is greater due to the number of personal options and time to get all the parts in and built. All custom build questions and orders must go to Grant directly.

I have also added our LD number to our website for our Alaska customers who had trouble with the toll free number.

Thanks!

They are good people Snake. You may be off to a slow start but they will come through for you. Hang in there.

Company that does well sometimes go through some growing pain. Tried calling again and utilize email as well, the wait is worthy and I speak from personal experience. Remember for every 1 legit customer, they probably have to deal with 10 other tire kickers, and I am sure G&R Tactical treat them all the same, so it's time consuming.
