Rock River Arms UTE upper with 16" M4 post banned barrel (no bayonet lug) with A2 flash hider. Includes double sling swivels (side and under barrel). At most 1500 rounds shot, fully reliable and accurate. Will throw in Brownells Aimpoint mount. No charging handle, no handguards, no bolt carrier group.
