EOTech FTS mount with PVS14 adapter--pix

This is the adapter made by EOTech so you can mount your PVS-14 to your EOTech magnifier flip to side mount.

It is just a simple but robust ring with plate that will fit right into the ARMS throw lever mount.

Im looking to do the same setup that you have for your PVS14. Where did you get the mount that attaches on the PVS14? I called Eotech, and they dont sell it. I know Larue Tactical makes a nice FTS (http://stores.homestead.com/Laruetactical/Detail.bok?no=270), but the "ring" bracket is too wide to fit around the PVS14 lens. Ive had no luck finding a FTS mount for the PVS14. Your pictures were a blessing knowing it can be done!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
