I do carry the DPX in a 642. The only practice load I have on hand now is a 158 grain cast SWC with a starting load of 231 (can't recall the charge off the top of my head). However, the POI is quite a bit higher so the next time I buy bullets I'm going to look for some cast bullets in the 125 grain range.
