Mike K. at EOTech took care of my 512RevF. The reticle would disappear on the left side of the window, so I called EOTech. Even though my unit was made 3 years ago, Mike agreed to fix my unit, on the house.
A little over a week after I sent it in, I have it back, and it is as good as new. Customer service at L3/EOTech gets a big thumbs up from me.

I can vouch for them as well, they took care of mine after the batteries exploded and ruined the connectors
I over extended the adjustments on my Eotech 512 twice while trying to sight in on a Socom 16 with a bad rail. Both times Eotech fixed for free.

I also had a good experience with Eotech. I lost one of the rubber bushings from my battery compartment, and they sent me another and a spare on the house.

Agreed! They generously kicked in an XPS for the NRA ILA benefit shotgun we did at LTW. Good people.

Had great luck with Eotech. Had issues with the reticle flickering on my 556. I returned to Eotech without problem. Very satisfied and would recommend.
Does L3 not own them anymore?
L-3 still owns EOTech.
