I currently use Radians Pro-Amp electronic ear muffs. Anytime there are loud noises, the muffs cut out any noise, making it impossible to listen to somebody while others are shooting.
Are there any muffs that simply lower the noise without completely cutting it out?

Peltor Tac Sports, great muffs for money, they are head and shoulders above the 6s line. Jeff

I've been very happy with my Comtacs. Had a set of 6S and they cutout horribly! Had the Sordins, and they were nice, but got a killer deal on the Comtacs that I couldn't pass up, so the sordins wend bye bye. I've not been disappointed in that decision.

I've had good experiences, both in and out of country, with Peltor ComTacs.
