I currently own a Safariland 6378 Paddle with ALS . I don't see alot of sense to buy a complete holster and Leg Shroud when I already have the Holster.

My question is should I buy one of the smaller leg shrouds? I noticed some of you have modified yours. The smaller one appears to be somewhat the same idea. Does anyone own one of these units to know.

Could use your help.

Already spoke to Safari and they say any 3 hole holster will work. It would be nice to interchange from belt to tactical. Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks

I currently use one of the Eagle 6004 leg shrouds for all of my thigh holster needs. Triad Tactical usually has them.

They have the original and the single strap shroud. It will bolt right on. I believe you can also use Safariland's new "MOLLE-lok" hardware to rig a quick-detach so you can reconfigure from thigh-rig to belt mount without tools, but I have no first-hand experience with that.

I personally find the Safariland Mid-Ride Belt loop adaptor to be better than a thigh holster, even if cut down and rode high.
