For Sale: 1 Point Blank Medium IIIA IBA OTV in Tan. Includes Collar, Throat, and Groin protector. Does not include plates.
This is legit INTER-COMMERCIAL IBA, not stolen .mil property. I have personally verified the serial number of this item with PB.
This vest was purchased here in the States, taken overseas by a non-security contractor, used very little, and brought back in excellent condition. Vest and panels are very clean, but smell of cigarette smoke.
