I want to use this old holster on a Eagle AK chest rig I have. Anyone got any expirence attaching on to MOLLE so that it does not flop around?

The locking tines should thread through OK, then clip back into the holster. I didn't think it flopped around too much when I used one, but I suppose you could try to loop some 550 cord through the bottom loop and into the MOLLE to stabilize it a little more.
