I know this idea was kicked around last year, but the B2 mount is just not tall enough for some compact (e.g., TA44S and TA50) ACOGs to clear a fixed FSB for a good sight picture, despite an increase in magnification. Anything in the works on this? A modular riser or, perhaps, the new rail mount.
The problem, as I see it, is that placing the mount on a 1/2" riser is just a bit too high. Instead, when I changed to a TA44S on a flattop, I had to return to the TA60 mount.
