Armor carrying discussion?

I remember reading awhile back a discussion obout the best way or opinion of carrying body armor. Can somebody direct me to this thread. Not sure if I want to have armor separate from my ammo. Or go with an all inclusive setup. Thanks guys

What's the application? A training rig would be different from a uniform LE rig would be different from what a detective might want would be different from what a soldier would want would be different from what a PMC would want would be different from a ....

I use a diamonback tactical gen2 plate carrier with lv.4 ceramic plates when on patrol. (since I'm already wearing soft armor). I'm thinking more of a SHTF/war rig. Y'know for the zombies. Just curious on everybodys experience with either for overall functionality and comfort.
