Anyone use their gear? Seems like some decent stuff, but curious if anyone has any firsthand experience with them...

Never heard of them, though interestingly enough, that name Olongapo is a city in the Philippines. . .

I think a guy at work has some of their stuff. I'll ask him what he thinks. FWIW, Brownells is now carrying some of their stuff.

Yes, it is. A veritable playground for many GI's, who could share only some of their stories with the appropriate audience.

From what I have heard over at LF, he is GTG. I have been looking at a few of his grab & go's myself.

fast edit - as it looks like he has a 4 and a half month waiting list I would say a few others agree. (or at least are willing to give it a run)

Sounds good to me. He came highly recommended, so I'm not particularly worried. Just wanted to know if anyone here could provide a pedigree.

Thanks, and have a great Thanksgiving!

I have received a number of favorable reports, as this vendor is active on the LF Boards. I may pick up some of his gear and give an AAR.

He is GTG,,made up some Garand kits for me,as well as some M14 gear.

I still use my SOE Recon rig so no need for M16/AR gear.

Interested to see the report. Anyone know how long he's been around?

Got my 8-pack today.

VERY well-constructed. Made in the USA, bar-tacked at stress points, outstanding attention detail, heavy cordura. It ought to hold up very well. Even got a free ball cap!

So far, absolutely no reason not to recommend him. Really high quality gear in a very competitive market. His claim to fame is his carrier for the M1 Garand's CLIPS.

Buy with confidence.

Olongapo is a city in the Philippines

Oh the stories I could tell. We called it "adult disneyland."

The cap is rather well-made. It has the precursor to the EGA on it. Green on Coyote. Very cool.
