I haven't been able to find much info on this item. Does it have the anti-rotation block that the built-in QD attachments on the rails have? I have an older Larue rail that does not have it, as well as a SF rail that I'd like to add one to.

I don't think that's a LaRue product. Looks just like the one Midwest Industries makes. Shoot LaRue an e-mail, they can tell you for sure. sales@laruetactical.com

I can tell you that the MI does not have the anti rotation.
