Based on your experience what does this do better than the TK-4?

Could it replace the SOFT model/

In my opinion it is not a replacement for the SOFT-T because it is not a true windlass style TQ. IT is an option for a more economical and lightweight TQ that has increased effectiveness on the bulky upper thigh area. The lengthened elastic band allows the user to get more wraps and compression.

I carry/pack the TK-4/L when I am trying to reduce weight and bulk yet still maintain ample capability.

I can also put a lot of kits together on a budget with an effective TQ for initial use where running a windlass TQ protocol may not be necessary.
