.308 AR-Restor Buffer

I've heard good things about this buffer for the 5.56 models. Do they work well w/ .308? Reliability Issues? Do they work on all .308 ARs and not just the AR-10 (like DPMS)?

I have several different .308 and 7.62NATO chambered rifles and I use the Enidine AR-Restor in all of them. I also use the Tubb's flat wire buffer spring too with it. The combination increases dwell time and soften the recoil, especially in carbine length, to a degree that my wife, who's kinda petite, actually enjoys shooting them
