This past weekend, while shooting Todd's Speed Kills (http://pistol-training.com/classes/speed-kills-10-july-2010-culpeper-va) class, my primary M&P broke. It was the trigger spring from a DCAEK that broke, at 4260 rounds. I was able to finish the class with my PT edition M&P (which also has a DCAEK).
Since I've seen no data points regarding post sales support from Apex, I just wanted to let the folks know that they are definitely a stand up company with good pre and post sales support.
They were quite prompt with returning my emails, and I not only got a replacement spring but an additional one for my parts kit. When I sent the initial email, I was planning to buy at least one of them .... but they didn't seem interested in taking my money.
Thanks Randy & Co for the great service!
