L3 EOTech would like to hear from you. We are excited to offer a quarterly Photo Contest where the winner will receive a FREE 552.A65/1 HWS!! Just send in a photo containing an HWS along with a brief story explaining the shot and you will be eligible to win. All photos are welcome but we would prefer a military or law enforcement theme. The winner will be chosen each quarter by our EOTech judges and posted on our website and Newsletter. L-3 EOTECH PHOTO CONTEST RULES
The format of this contest is very simple. You provide a personal photo and story that includes an L-3 EOTech HOLOgraphic Weapon Sight (HWS), and you have a chance at winning a model 552.A65/1 military HWS. The best picture and story combination wins the quarterly contest. L-3 EOTech’s primary interests are military and law enforcement themes, but hunting and competition photos are welcome and eligible to win.
• Photo/Story Contests open to all participants. Prizes can only be shipped within the U.S. or NATO countries (excluding Canada), and include Australia, New Zealand and Japan.
• To enter, submit photos and story to eotech.marketing@L-3com.com along with your name, address, phone number, and email address.
• Each Quarterly winner will be placed on the L-3 EOTech web page as well as our quarterly Newsletter, HOLO News.
• Winners will be determined solely by L-3 EOTech and the decisions of L-3 EOTech are final.
• Contest is organized by L-3 EOTech, a wholly owned subsidiary of L-3 Communications Corporation. Participation in contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these rules. Noncompliance with these rules shall be grounds for disqualifications. L-3 EOTech reserves the right to certify all entries.
• No purchase necessary to enter to win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
You can enter the contest as many times as you like but individuals may only win once in the Photo contest and are not eligible for multiple prizes in the contest.
Photos and stories will not be returned and become the property of L-3 EOTech. Contest entrants grant L-3 EOTech the right to edit, re-size, modify, adapt, reproduce, publish, post and otherwise use, or to permit third parties to use, and entry, in whole or in part, separately or together with the name of the contest entrants. Photos and stories submitted may be used throughout the year in L-3 EOTech publications, or L-3 EOTech's Web sites or in third party materials and or web sites.
Story entries must reflect entrants own experiences. Photo entrants must have taken the photo, or be the person in the photo to qualify.
Prizes will be issued to qualified winners by L-3 EOTech. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value, substituted or exchange by the winner; however, L-3 EOTech reserves the right to substitute prizes as necessary. Federal, state and /or local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Entrants agree to release and hold L-3 EOTech, its affiliates, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and contractors harmless from and against any and all claims and liabilities of any kind arising in any manner from their participation in the contest or acceptance and/or use of prizes.
L-3 EOTech shall not be responsible or liable for : (i)late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii)failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed transmissions of any kind; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the reasonable control of L-3 EOTech that may cause the contests to be disrupted or corrupted: or (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest. L-3 EOTech reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the contests at any time for any reason with out notice.
