Production version of Kit Carson’s U2 “Underwater Utility” tool by Buck. Designed for SEAL Team and EOD use. 6.5” 400 series stainless hollow-ground blade with chisel tip for prying and partial reverse-serrations for wet rope/line cutting. 2-3/4" section of the spine is also hollow-ground as a secondary cutting edge for hacking wire/strapping. Bead blast finish. Black glass filled nylon resin grips are removable for cleaning after salt water immersion. 12" overall length. Full tang construction features integral guard with lashing holes and exposed butt with lanyard/lashing holes. Spectra cord wrist lanyard included. Very robust design. Knife is new and unused. No longer in production. Retail was over $175 and I am including an Okuden Custom Kydex A-7T sheath with secondary retention device (this sheath alone is a $90 value [ www.okuden.net ]). Original Buck Kydex/Nylon sheath also included.
