Anyone have any experience with this scope?

http://www.bushnell.com/products/scopes/riflescopes/reddot/730001/

I'm looking to add a red dot to my new S&W M&P15 MOE that will be arriving next week. I've read the threads on the other lower end scopes like Burris, Bushnell and Vortex but I can find no reviews on the 73001. According to Bushnell, it came out in 2010.

Thanks...I learn a lot from this forum.

well, according to bushnell - "Design currently serving in Iraq and Afghanistan".

I wonder what that means...

do they mean that this unit is currently being used by military in I & A?

or do they mean some folks over there use it, not necessarily military?

or do they mean that red dot sights are being used in I & A?

I've got a vortex strikefire red/green on my m&p15.. someday an aimpoint but I'm in no hurry, it holds zero and optics are clear.

It's a "clone", sort of, of the Millet Zoom Dot RDS that's been around for a couple of years.

Google for it.. same price point too.. both are going for around $230.
