i wanted to know what everyone uses on there pistol cal. ar's....i am thinking of getting a red dot maybe a c-more or trijicon reflex using the carry handle mount....so what does everyone use?

I use an EOTech 512. My 9mm carbine is built the same as my 5.56 gun.

Mine was shot like a "normal" long range handgun off of sandbags. A 2X Burris Handgun scope has worked very well mounted in Leupold PRW low height rings. The occular bell almost touches the flat top, for minimal height above the bore.

Eventually "lost interest" in the systema Arf pistola and went back to the uber-elegant 223 Contender also shown, which has a spare barrel chambered in full length 444 Marlin throwing 300 grain hard cast bullets at 1900 fps actual chrony velocity using starting loads!.:D

Don't waste your time with the C-more. It's fragile, and doesn't hold a zero.

Aimpoints and EoTechs are much better choices, IMHO.

i have been reading more about them and this seems to be the response about them (and that they take forever to zero)....guess i will have to save up some $$$ and get something better
