Why would you 'mill' it?

I'd just take measurements and take it down to specs of a RRA carrier. I'd rather trade for a semi carrier though.

Here's my offer, this is a shrouded CMT carrier that I restaked with a MOACKS. It came with my wifes Noveske AFGHAN in 2005. Very lightly used.
