This is what I follow for cheap or factory springs:

Buffer spring 3-5K
Extractor spring 3-5K
Extractor insert (blue) 1-2K

This is what I follow for high grade CS springs:

Buffer spring 10K
Extractor spring 7-10K
Extractor insert (black) 3-5K

Bolts generally start to show wear at or around the 6-8K mark. Not a bad idea to always keep a spare and if the weapon is for serious use, I would just change bolts at the 10K mark.
