Supplier of LMT uppers with Peel washer 'option'?

I'm looking for a supplier that sells LMT 16" uppers with a peel washer? Or is this something I'm going to have to do on my own? not lazy - just want it done right by the professionals. ;)

Yes, for a Gemtech Halo can. I make sure each new upper is always mounted with a peel washer.. The can can from upper to upper and I have no worries. I'll try Grant and see what he says. I just hate to bother these guys as busy as they are all.
