Hi Grant,

I absolutely hate calling or emailing you about something as trivial as the status of an order. Is there a way that I can check on the status of an order through your site and not bother you with my OCD about packages? I travel a lot and live in an area where packages would walk away if unattended on my doorstep for too long. I tried to check on my current order's status and couldn't figure it out/ find it.

No problem checking on your order. We ran out of one item and that delayed your order (sorry). We should be able to fill it by the middle of next week.

Thanks for responding. Sorry I took even more of your time. I can't wait to get those DD rear swivel attachment plates. I've been using the DD EZ clamp on unit and the Tangodown Clamp on unit for some time.
