I'd like to put a KAC M110 stock on my LMT MWS. I realize I have to replace the nut, tube and spring but I was wondering what buffer to use. Thanks in advance for any replies.

I used to have a sr25 that had a plastic buffer. Would this be the appropritate buffer to use or will a plain jane A1/A2 suffice?
