View Full Version : Super Sniper 1-4x24 in the future?

Well, earlier I was searching out some stuff about a 1-4x24 optic, when I came upon an interesting read.

First off, I found out that the majority of Super Sniper scopes are made by Tasco, but some are produced by Bushnell. I also read that it was possible Super Sniper had a 1-4X tactical optic planned.

So, I went about my way and headed to eBay to see about the optic I was originally searching for. While searching for "1-4x24" I found this in "international stores".

http://cgi.ebay.com/TASCO-1-4x24-Tri-Weaver-Rail-Mil-Dot-Rifle-Scope_W0QQitemZ320151709847QQihZ011QQcategoryZ31714QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Maybe I'm drawing possibly incorrect conclusions a little too fast, but this looks to me like a 1-4X tactical optic made by one of Super Sniper's manufacturers. It's not being sold in the US though (maybe due to contractual agreements???).

So anyone have the inside scoop? I'd ask on the forum I read the original information on, but I lost the link.

That looks like a black corncob. Who needs to attach stuff to their scope?

Like gotM4 said, how can your scope be tactical wif out beamz on it? :D

I just hope this doesn't show up in America as a Super Sniper 1-4X.

Nothing says 'tactical' like a rail wif a green infrared on it ! ;)

I actually had a customer ask for a green infrared a while back, it was hard not to laugh!

Awesome! I can put a green one on the right side and a red one on the left side and run them like navigation lights. :)

LMAO, that $24.99 just screams affordable quality. Who could pass up that deal.

Tasco is now owned by Bushnell Outdoor Products. Super Sniper scopes are produced by SWFA.

My understanding is that Tasco manufactures them for SWFA, at least that's what I read on SWFA's Opticstalk forums - posted by SWFA staff.

Are the Super Snipers good? I never really heard of them. If Tasco makes the optics for them its possible that they are ordered with a higher quality and different specs than the usual Tasco stuff. I think the way to find out if they are relabled is look at some of the SS models and see if Tasco has any identical models out.
