Most likely what I will do is go down the list and give everyone one. Then I will go back down the list and see who wanted two. If there are enough, I will do my best to give extras to those that want them.

Stripped is how it will come from Magpul. We can of course install anything you want in it.

From what I've heard, it's sounding more and more costly for Magpul to produce these and they might be looking to release them as a "special" product and not something that will be flying off of the assembly line. Maybe not though.

I was getting the feeling they weren't going to be available at all. When I first heard they sold the MASADA to BM, that's what entered my mind- perhaps they found out through the lower endeavors that that kind of crap really isn't their cup of tea. That was BEFORE word was spread here and once I posted that article here I wasn't too worried anymore (about the MASADA.)

I don't think that Magpul is going to sell these direct so it does not matter if you washed and waxed Richards car, your ability to get one of these is tied to your position on a dealer pre-order list.

Interesting. Didn't LaRue just contract with SMOS to build their lower receivers? I could swear that just happened and unless you bought a Stealth upper you can't get a billet lower... Oh well, I like my LMTs anyhow...

Yes they did. Some folks are also seeing issues with PMAG's not dropping free. IMHO, the problem with most of the billet lowers out there today is that they tend to build everything to the tight end of the spec. For some things this is great, but for others not so much.

On their website they say some of the earlier batches had some dimensional errors which may be responsible for the problems. If your mag malfunctions (or if it was from the earlier batch) you can send it back for a new, correct, replacement.

They never will be sold seperately and there are only a small run of these lowers.
