Ordering belt loops

I need to order a set of 1.75" belt loops for my double mag holder. I was wondering if those little items are subject to the 16 week order time or are they shipped out quick? Is there anyway to order them USPS 1st Class so I don't get hit with the $9.99 shipping charge?
