I had mine go down due to faulty batteries exploding and they replaced the few parts it ruined w/ no problem! :D

the problem was the mount would not allow the optic to stayed centered. Sent it back to eotech and its all better. And a really really quick turn around only about a week w/ shipping both ways. Im really impressed!!! thank you
