Not that I've heard. You can turn the dot up one or two brightness levels to approximate that to your eye (dot appears bigger to the eye the brighter it is)

The CompM4 only comes with a 2 MOA and there no plans that I am aware of for a 4 MOA, as most of our military customers prefer the 2 MOA. As mentioned if you want a larger dot turn up the brightness setting.
