POF Roller Cam upgrade kits

I am thinking about buying the POF-USA Roller Cam Pin .223 Upgrade Kit For AR-15/M16 Gas Impingement Rifles. Would you please share experiences you have had with them? I understand the way they are supposed to work, I am looking to answer stuff like:

How well do they hold up to things like Carbine courses that last all weekend?

What kind of life expectancy should I expect?
