USTC CT Driving course

Some questions about this course, is it run just for agency's? or can there be a "mixed" group of students?
Any dates for 2012?
Can anyone offer a course cirque? and a overall impression of the course? was it worth the time and money? Thanks

I took the CT driving at BW/USTC in 05 and 06 with a group, The course was well put together and we got lots of driving time in with the police package Crown vics with ABS and non- ABS. During our class we got high speed all track, high speed single lane, Ram, PIT, Skid pad, Attack Recognition, High Center of Gravity vehicle. The Lead instructor there is a former BSR driving instructor and has been around driving instruction for some time.
