Anyone have a chance to shoot this yet?
Brass cased, boxer primed, 75gr OTM type bullet, and a claimed 2750fps.
Ok, out of a 24" bolt gun I can see a 75gr at 2750fps. Any idea how much velocity you could expect out of a 14.5 - 16" bbl?

When I used a NM AR (A2, 20" barrel) to shoot highpower, I chronoed my reloads using Reloder 15 and Hornady 75 HPBTs at right about 2750. I chronoed the same at just over 2900 from a 26" Winchester Model 70 HV. No pressure signs whatsoever and powder charges were just slightly above book.
So 2700 or so from factory ammo out of a 20" AR, with their ability to formulate powders not available to reloaders, is not out of the question.
I would expect 2500 - 2600 from 14.5 - 16 inch barrels, though I have never tested that combo over a chrono.

Wolf does not actually make this ammo. PRVI does. With that said, this is a very good round.
If you want to save a little money, don't buy the Wolf version, go right to the source and save some coin.
