Greetings,

I want to advise other potential 4Sevens customers what you can expect if you have to deal with their cs.

I was looking for a new tactical flashlight to use on duty. I had heard good reviews of the Quark flashlight so I ordered one from their website last January 10th. I noticed within a hour or so that I ordered the wrong model. I wanted the tactical model. I immediately sent an email advising their cs about this. Their CS emailed back the same day, and told me to request an RMA number and simply return the light unopened for an exchange.

When the light arrived, I sent the light back to 4Sevens with the RMA number. I thought no problem I should have the new light in a few days. Nope! Still waiting on it. Now, emails take at least three or four days to replied to by their CS. I have called their CS, and was told to simply to wait due to their RMA backlog.

I didn't send the light in for repair just a simple exchange. The package the light was mailed to me in was never even opened by me.

Now 3 weeks later they have my money, and I have no idea when I can expect them to send me a new light.

The only reponse they have given me is to basically wait indefinitely till they get around to sending me a new light out.

Just wanted to warn others what you may have to deal with if you have to use 4Sevens customer service. I spend my $100 elsewhere next time.
