Correct me if I am wrong. But those are the Trijicon reflex sights with an integral goose neck mount. They are absolute co witness with the triangle sitting on top of the front sight post.
They look like the MEPROM21B, but I very well could be wrong, and I think they are lower 1/3 co-witness.
