Personal opinion? I'd take the GP 100, all things being equal. Of course, depending your needs that could change.
GP 100 MC for me.
I'd take the GP-100.
What do you want to do with it?
I would get the Redhawk because I have always wanted one, like the way they love I and I already have a .357 and not a .44
I'd go with the Redhawk and plan on shooting mild .44 Spl rounds 99% of the time. It's a great round. Not a fan of the .44 mag for long range sessions.

Without a doubt, the GP100 Match Champion .357
Best trigger of the group, best sights, and can also shoot 38 spcl all day long.
If it was my only revolver and I wanted to shoot, compete, and carry it the GP100 is nice, but heavy enough to leave home often. If I were to get one and I wanted to make sure I was always armed, I would take the 3" SP101.
While I'm a dyed in the wool S&W guy when it comes to wheel guns (at least pre-lawyer hole ones), the GP100 is a superb choice. Nothing wrong with the other two, but for most people the GP100 is a better general service wheel gun unless one spends a lot of time in bear country, then the Redhawk.
That redhawk is sweet, but I would get more use from the GP100.
Match champion is just icing on the cake.
