I tried a set of raised knobbed pins on a build.I had similar result with the raised knobbed pins as I do extended tac latches on charging handles....they hang on my gear and get pulled in the most inopportune times.
Stuff might be fine for a range caddy,and match shooters,but not defensive use.
My advice would be stock is best.
Ours will be hard to notice for the most part, until you need to use them. But most importantly, the rear pin will not interfere with the ambidextrous selector's operation :)
