Trijicon MRO Scout QD Mount

Having issues with my factory 1/3 co-witness mount shooting loose after about 100 rounds or so. I called Trijicon about the issue and the rep had said that it wasn't unheard of for this to happen. He was very helpful and said that if I wanted to I could send it in for eval, but I don't think there is anything defective with my mount. We talked about the hex feature that I could use to snug it down further, but then we both agreed that if I had to get the optic off for whatever reason I would probably need a wrench, so that won't do. Just FYI, I have very strong fingers and can open ANY jar! :D

Does anyone else have similar experiences with this knob shooting loose? If not, I'll probably send it in.
