Anyone out there that has tried Strike Industries AR10 Flat Wire Recoil Spring in their AR10?
I've had great luck with them in my AR15s...I ordered one for my LMT MWS...just thought I ask before it is delivered.

I use Tubb's in my Armalites, very similar. I like them.
Yup. They are. I am a huge fan of flat wire recoil springs in my ARs.
David Tubb, a fellow Texan makes some outstanding buffer springs. What struck me about the Tubb flatwire spring was the amount of research he put into understanding the life cycle of a round and the function of the spring in all of that. I run his flat wire springs in my LMT MWS/Mega build and also in a couple of AR-15's. I have to admit I was a bit surpised at the length of the AR-10 spring. That sucker seemed like it was 3 feet long. But my weapon cycles perfectly with or without a can and all ammo I've fed it.
I've never used Strike Industries springs, or parts. I know guys that use their port door covers, but some of their parts seem kinda 'blingy' to me. lol Besides, $29 bucks for a Tubb spring? You can't go wrong.
Agree some of the Strike stuff is blingy...but their flat wire spring has worked well in my AR15 platforms...in my opinion...flat wire buffer spring is one of the best part to get for the $$$
Not strike, but I use the Tubbs AR10 Flat wire spring in my AR10. Works better than the Sprinco Red (which worked well, I might add).

Buford, is this the AR-10 carbine spring you also use in your AR-15 A5RE?
