I have an A-TM stock on my Mini-14 and I'd be tempted to buy an M1A 16 in if they made one for the M1A.
Is one available I'm not aware of? I don't think so.

Beretta made a similar setup for their BM-59, but that was closer to a Garand than a M-14.
BM-59's had a different floor plate for the mag and also the stock had to be cut out a little to allow the mag to rock in. The military ones were also full auto and had a tri-compensator that was very effective. The other major change from the M1 was lowering the gas cylinder to allow for a straight op rod. When SA Inc. bought all the BM-59 parts they installed the folding stock on M1A stocks, I had a Bush Rifle that had one, folded great but had a narrow hard rubber butt pad that was very uncomfortable to shoot. Choate also used to make a folding stock, Sage has a telescoping and a company called Delta something makes a side folder chassis. McMillian also made a folder, don't know if they still do but IIRC it was very heavy and required bedding.
There is no demand. Plain and as simple as that
