NH to add Mental Health records to NICS SB244

I have not read the whole thing but from what I heard on the radio, it won't count against voluntary stays at a hospital or other treatment.
Heard Attorney Evan Nappen (known in NH & NJ) said he supports it.

I may be wrong, but that came up here on ny. I dont think they can do that, at least no to nics, they will have to make and fund their own data base.
