Oregon shooting teams?

Does anyone know of any competitive shooting teams in the Portland area? My little brother was on the Timber Beasts (Oregon BB gun shooting team) for 3-4 years, but is too old for that now. We've been looking for other options, but haven't had too much luck. He's really only done competitive target shooting (and hunting) but I'm sure he'd be really interested in other types of shooting as well, especially since I just bought an AR-15 (he'd always have access to it).

He's 16 but is definitely versed in guns. He is also in the naval sea cadets program which unfortunately doesn't really involve much shooting.
