Sure it will but for the asking price I'd buy a second gun. http://www.berettausa.com/en-us/bbl-...6c96262306000/ Or get the Comp with the 22" barrel.
No, if I remember correctly, both are 3" chamber, but the 1301 Tactical is a 3" action, the Comp is a 3.5" action.
The barrels are not interchangeable.
